With more than 20 years of experience in the resume writing field, I am a Nationally Certified Resume Writer (NCRW) and Certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC).
Assuming the position of Certification Chair for The National Resume Writers’ Association (The NRWA) in 1999, I held this title for 12 years.
Advantage Resumes of St. Louis has been a pioneer in long-distance resume writing services under my direction.

In 2020 I received the Industry Hero Award. It was created in 2015 to recognize leading-edge contributors to the industry. It is awarded to someone within the career-services industry who has contributed significantly to the growth and advancement of the industry. My contributions are related to the NCRW that has become the leading industry certification. My team and I were instrumental in developing and maintaining the industry Résumé Study Guide of Best Practices that has been adopted by the Department of Defense for use in the Army Transition Assistant Program centers for soldiers leaving the military and going back into civilian life
